Please allow a few days for tracking information to become active after the shipment has been dispatched.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

poleesum is not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees depending on the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by poleesum.

Lost or Stolen Packages

poleesum is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.
